So what is going on here? Fun? Fashion? The internet is still very much like the wild west. Things keep changing by the day and what was once the gold standard of marketing, today is old hat and ineffective.

It’s just an off the wall way to say that if you always do the same thing your typically going to get the same result. You read that right…

If you do the same thing you will typically get the same result. Ok, now that I wrote that twice it should be easy enough to understand that if you want to make more money than you do now, or reach more people than you do now, or collect more leads so you have the opportunity to make more sales than you do now, YOU HAVE TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT THAN YOU ARE DOING NOW!!!!!

My solution, get listed on the front (#1) page of Google, the natural way. Don’t fall for all the marketing crap that the agencies try to shove down your throat. Is there a place for paid advertising, ABSOLUTELY! But in this wild west show you do not want the foundation of your business dependent on something that you cannot control.

No matter what anyone tells you (no matter how great their “relationship”), if you are paying for advertising, you have NO control of what your business will be spending tomorrow! Think about that for a minute…
